Our
charming country hotel (bed & breakfast & small dishes)
with single rooms, double rooms and holiday apartments is
located 2460 ft. above the famous spa of Bad Wildbad.
All rooms are equipped with a private
bathroom (shower or bathtub, WC), telephone, TV, W-LAN, refrigerator,
and with covered balconies. In addition you can use rooms
for rest and communication, a lawn with deck chairs and a
parking lot on the grounds.
The famous bike park is nearby (660
ft.). You can just step into the Black Forest.
There are numerous well-maintained, comfortable
and more demanding trails for walking, hiking and mountain biking
just behind the hotel. There are spectacular views from the top
of our Sommerberg to the surrounding Black Forest mountains and
down to Bad Wildbad.
You are invited to explore the wonderful
Black Forest region and to enjoy biking and walking fun for the
whole family. In the wintertime you can go cross-country skiing
on the “Wildbad-Spur”. There are several attractions
in the area such as moors (“Wildsee” or “Hohlohsee”)
or a romantic mountain hut (“Grünhütte”) where
you can enjoy delicious local specialties such as “Maultaschen”
or blueberry pancakes.
The nice centre of Bad Wildbad with its
renowned curative thermal spas “Palais Thermal” and
“Vital Therme”, spa gardens, promenade, and pedestrian
zone for shopping or just sightseeing are in a distance of only
2 miles from our hotel and can be reached by car or by cable car
within 7 minutes. Of course, you can walk downhill, too.
